Refund policy
30-Day Returns
Colin & Taylor accepts returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in their original condition
- Be returned in the original packaging
Items showing clear signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a refund.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@colin-taylor.com and include your order number.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Note: The return address provided after return authorization may be an overseas returns facility and may differ from our business address.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will provide instructions for return or offer an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must:

- Be in their original condition
- Be returned in the original packaging
